Ive been working with John for little over a month and Ive seen results. Ive lost almost 10lbs. He is very responsive and answers all my questions. Im picky eater which makes it hard to come up with meal plan but he did and tailored to my food likes this way I dont feel like giving up. I recommend him if your looking for help with nutrition. My problem was always trying to get enough food. I'm an extremely active person and nothing worked for me gaining strength and size. John has helped with my food for about month in a half now. I can not say enough about his services. I feel better lifting than I have in years. I have hit pr's on deadlift and bench already and felt great doing it.
