    I have sold and bought three properties with Pam Sanchez . She has always conducted a very professional business ,while not losing sight of the fact that her job as a real estate agent is to assist with arranging smooth transitions on both sides of a deal. In particular the house I'm living in now was a bidding situation , while not the highest bidder ,it was her suggestion that made the deal work satisfying both parties. Interestly right after the deal was agreed to the opposing bidder made a similar offer but it was to late. This is the foresight I expect ,and the very reason why you hire professionals. I have used two other agents over the past fifteen years and would describe their service as average but not exceptional. If you are looking for a real estate agent who is willing to search for solutions to difficult problems and reason outside the box , I give Pam Sanchez an unhesitating endorsement .       What do real estate agents charge?

      Real estate agents typically don’t charge a set rate to their clients, but rather earn a commission on the price of the final home sale.
