My review is for Jessie. She has been an incredible trainer to work out with. She's knowledagble, dedicated and truly cares about the health, wellness and fitness of her clients. She also has the unique ability to train people with limited resources (e.g. my gym doesn't have all the equipment a full gym would have). Additionally, her flexibility makes it really easy to work out with her, given my constantly changing schedule. Overall, Jessie has been a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her!
I have tried so many diets and exercise options but never stayed motivated long enough to get results until I met john. He has completely changed my mentality and has been an exceptional motivater!!! I hope to have him a part of my fitness and health life for a long time.if someone wants results bFitandLive will get you there!!! I would recommend him to everyone as long as it doesn't cut into my time!!!! Hahahaha
Xavier has been an excellent personal trainer for me. He's thoughtful and adapts the workouts to my current physical health. He's very positive and motivating. Plus he's an all around great guy. I can't recommend him enough!
There are a multitude of reasons why I enjoy having Isaak as a personal trainer: from his knowledge of health and nutrition, his ability to understand my own body better than I ever could, his professionalism as it pertains to our workout interactions, and his honest approach needed in succeeding in my goals; however, the greatest reason why I vouch for the guy is that he is truly invested in the success of his clients and their respective goals. He won’t B.S. you and he will tell you exactly what is needed to achieve your goals. He won’t sugar-coat or tell you that you’re doing a good job during your workouts and nutrition if you really aren’t and that’s what you need in a personal trainer: not a pat on the back but the brutal honest truth as it relates to your progression. Only then can you achieve success. He Does That. He will help you reach your goals and results with his attitude, approach, and knowledge as long as you are willing to invest the time and energy physically and emotionally in the gym and at home. I am speaking from personal experience.
Forcier Fitness is a fantastic company! The owner, Miranda, is an extremely positive and dedicated trainer. She always gives her clients 110%. She is great for anyone (all ages, fitness levels) trying to improve their overall health, strength and fitness.
Hiring Gretchen was one of the best moves I made for losing weight. I had spent many years crash dieting, eating low calorie diets in an attempt to lose weight, only to gain it back quickly and pack even more pounds. She quickly detailed a meal plan for me to adhere to that was nutritious and filling, also giving me details on how to deal with eating at restaurants. Yes, it will be work on your end to measure and cook, but it's made my life easier not having to think about what I need to eat. My main battle with eating has always been mental and Gretchen really was there to coach me through my toughest moments of where I just wanted to give up ( Meal planning through the holidays was tough!) The weekly checkins were what I needed to get through this process knowing that I had someone that I had to report to (Makes me less tempted to eat unhealthy.) If you need a coach that will help set up a healthy sustainable lifestyle for you, I recommend Gretchen.
In my personal journey to health and wellness, I have been fortunate to experience all of Alma’s different services. She has educated and inspired me to make healthier choices for myself and my family. Alma is very passionate about plant-based nutrition and helping people transition to a lifestyle that is sustainable and environmentally conscientious. I have had a grocery tour with her and she pointed out healthier substitutes and alternatives to everyday convenience foods that my family was accustomed to. She recommended certain supplements and essential oils that have supported me in balancing my hormones after having children. Her bodywork services have done wonders for me and have further contributed to my overall well-being.
I spoke with Velina on Skype about the challenges I'm dealing with in my life and she was really helpful. I highly recommend her to anyone having difficulties or needing a good coach in their life. She seems to know a lot and has a lot of experience helping people with all kinds of issues. For me, I really felt like she cared deeply for me and understood me like a close friend and yet is very professional. She is warm and kind. I'm so glad I found her. She helped me so much.
I have been training with Michaela now for about a year and a half at Custom Health and Fitness in Napa. We are focusing on core and upper body strength. Michaela is fun yet firm to have as a personal trainer. She actively listens to me, encourages me and will push me when I need it. I have visual results in my muscle definition, increased strength in my arms and proven core improvements resulting in greater activity from my bi-weekly sessions with Michaela. Since my business requires long hours and quite a bit of office work my health was really starting to go down hill. So in march 2017 I signed up for a fitness / nutrition package with Angela. This turned out to be the best investment of my life. I found her to be genuinely enthusiastic and supportive of my fitness goals. Without that encouragement and motivation I would have found an excuse to not stick with it, especially after a long day at the office. The workouts she designs have so much variety they are never boring. Her private gym equipment is clean, cutting edge and top notch. I like the privacy element verses all the typical distractions at a public gym. I am so happy with my results! In the first 90 days I lost 21 pounds and feel basically like a different person. The improvement in energy and sense of well being has been dramatic. She has got me over my procrastination and old excuses of not having the "energy" or "time" to work out and brought my fitness goals to a reality."
As a coach, Wendy is patience and very considerate when advising her clients and encouraging you on your journey to health. She always has a smile for you and a kind word to uplift your day. I have been using Jessica for all my health/ nutrition needs for years and swear by her! When I first met her I was just over 200 pounds and feeling terrible about myself. I reached out for help and I found it here. I was able to lose weight in a natural healthy way. No crazy diets or weight loss fads. I was able to learn what to eat based on my body and not anyone else's. Because of this I was able to lose 40 pounds in my own time and my own way. Jessica helped me in so many ways by coming to my home and cooking the food with me and even offering to take walks and/ or runs with me to keep me motivated. D. Brown is a genius at living a healthy lifestyle! He's very knowledgeable and his years of experience and devotion to health and fitness is apparent. He completely understood my goals and developed a plan for me to reach those goals in 90 days. He is very enthusiastic and creative! No one workout was the same and he really challenged me through every exercise. I was able to increase my muscle definition in all areas and drop 9% body fat within my 90 day training program. He also coached me into healthy eating that fits a healthy lifestyle. Nothing like the fad diets that are posted all on TV or the internet. It's a diet that I can maintain for the rest of my life. Of course making drastic changes in life isn't easy but he was able to change my horrible way of eating in different phases until I was fully able to maintain the healthy diet without too many setbacks.
