My review is for Jessie. She has been an incredible trainer to work out with. She's knowledagble, dedicated and truly cares about the health, wellness and fitness of her clients. She also has the unique ability to train people with limited resources (e.g. my gym doesn't have all the equipment a full gym would have). Additionally, her flexibility makes it really easy to work out with her, given my constantly changing schedule. Overall, Jessie has been a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her!
My experience with Kim was very helpful. I recently had a baby and have had a hard time getting my energy back on track. She is extremely knowledgeable in women's health and hormones. I am grateful to have found her. I FEEL BETTER!
Ariel is not only Inspirational Dynamic but she really is a trainer in all aspects of the word she knows what areas need to be concentrated on and she goes added relentlessly I would recommend Ariel to anyone who is serious about their health
I have tried so many diets and exercise options but never stayed motivated long enough to get results until I met john. He has completely changed my mentality and has been an exceptional motivater!!! I hope to have him a part of my fitness and health life for a long time.if someone wants results bFitandLive will get you there!!! Xavier has been an excellent personal trainer for me. He's thoughtful and adapts the workouts to my current physical health. He's very positive and motivating. Plus he's an all around great guy. I can't recommend him enough!
Aria is an amazing coach. I am an Adult beginner. I’ve been around water , but never learned how to swim and very uncomfortable inside water. Its been now 3 lessons and I am already getting comfortable and don't panic as much as first time. Aria has been a great help. She is very creative and teaching me patiently.She answers all my silly questions and also always on time for the class. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to hire Personal Instructor for the swim lessons.
Hiring Gretchen was one of the best moves I made for losing weight. I had spent many years crash dieting, eating low calorie diets in an attempt to lose weight, only to gain it back quickly and pack even more pounds. She quickly detailed a meal plan for me to adhere to that was nutritious and filling, also giving me details on how to deal with eating at restaurants. Yes, it will be work on your end to measure and cook, but it's made my life easier not having to think about what I need to eat. My main battle with eating has always been mental and Gretchen really was there to coach me through my toughest moments of where I just wanted to give up ( Meal planning through the holidays was tough!) The weekly checkins were what I needed to get through this process knowing that I had someone that I had to report to (Makes me less tempted to eat unhealthy.) If you need a coach that will help set up a healthy sustainable lifestyle for you, I recommend Gretchen.
I have worked with Jason for several years, he is very professional and personable as well. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding fitness and strives for perfection while improving the overall health of his clients, Jason's down to earth approach is inviting and subtle which allows for a productive environment for physical training, only matched by his aggressiveness at taking on exercises, I thoroughly enjoy working with Jason.
When I first started looking for a personal trainer I wasn't sure of what I was looking for. I wanted someone who could help me reach my goals of weight loss while simultaneously strengthening my body and gaining my energy back. But I wasn't looking for a drill Sargeant either. With both my athletic history and past injuries, I needed someone who could be understanding and build a work out that was specific to my needs. And with Tyrone I feel like I have found that good balance in a Trainer! Before even knowing me or my needs, he spoke about wanting to know my health history so he could plan a program that suited me and my lifestlye. He is great at pushing you to do more than you thought you could do, while also not pushing you so hard that afterwards you feel like your body will just giveout! In my first 2-3 weeks of training with him 2 days a week I lost 5 lbs and I am still going. Tyrone is a great Coach/Trainer and I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends!
I have been working out with Lily to slim down and have noticed a difference in my body due to her workouts, a personalized eating consultaion, and her health recommendations. She is awesome for one on one because she does coaching to fit anyones individual needs. I would highly recommend her for anyone thats wants to gain as well as loose weight.

Forcier Fitness is a fantastic company! The owner, Miranda, is an extremely positive and dedicated trainer. She always gives her clients 110%. She is great for anyone (all ages, fitness levels) trying to improve their overall health, strength and fitness.
I have been training with Michaela now for about a year and a half at Custom Health and Fitness in Napa. We are focusing on core and upper body strength. Michaela is fun yet firm to have as a personal trainer. She actively listens to me, encourages me and will push me when I need it. I have visual results in my muscle definition, increased strength in my arms and proven core improvements resulting in greater activity from my bi-weekly sessions with Michaela. She is knowledgeable with nutrition and has encouraged me to keep the nutritional aspect of my health in the for front of my mind. "One can not out train bad nutrition etc..."
