Samuel answered my request to install an ice maker. He showed up when he said he would to see how it could be installed, and after exhausting all possibilities he suggested the garage. He gave an extremely fair quote and we booked right away. He did a fabulous job! Then before leaving he cleaned every thing up! We will not hesitate to use Samuel again, and will be happy to refer him to friends!!! Thanks!

I was apprehensive about the prospect of finding a company to replace the kitchen counters and backsplash as I have very little experience doing that. I was taken aback as the first estimate I received from one vendor was in the neighborhood of five figures, which is way out of my budget. I found Sam through Thumbtack and the reviews are well-deserved. Sam worked with me during the first consultation to discuss with me what we were interested in doing. After we had decided to go with tile counters and backsplash (more work but it was the look we were going for), he actually arranged to meet me at the tile outlet to ensure I was purchasing the correct materials. This was more than helpful as at the end of the project, we didn't end up with more materials than we needed. The actual work went very quickly, despite not being able to use the kitchen as much as we are used to. Sam usually worked by himself and arrived on schedule. We ran into an unexpected glitch in our plans as the garbage disposal switch was part of the old granite countertop. Sam arranged for us to meet with an electrician with whom he was acquainted, he was able to advise us that we wouldn't need any additional wiring installed, we could use a remote switch for it. I appreciated his honesty because he could have said otherwise. Sam obviously knows reputable people in fields related to construction. We secured the services of a plumber acquaintance of his as well to install the new sink and garbage disposal. The kitchen we have is so much brighter and better looking than before. Sam was able to accomplish this for practically one quarter of what it would have cost us if we had accepted the first estimate!
