I needed a move out cleaning done and hired Moppify. The cleaner they sent was awesome!! She made a mess of a refrigerator look brand new!! Surfaces everywhere were sparkling. She was very nice too. The price was very reasonable for the job I would use Moppify and particularly this cleaner again for sure! She had her own supplies and did an awesome job on an apartment that had been lived in for 3 years by adults, children and pets!! My only complaints are very very minimal! I filled out a job request on a website that referred me to Moppify where I indicated it was a Move out cleaning with fridge cleaning included. It seemed it had not been conveyed to my cleaner that it was a Move out cleaning, not that this was an issue really as she did a fabulous deep cleaning. However the requested refridgerator cleaning had not been included in the work order or price (it was in estimates for other companies the same site offered for hire along with Moppify.) This was an easy fix though which I really appreciate!! I just called the company and added the fridge cleaning. While i did have to pay an extra $20 it was totally worth it and the company was very helpful when I called, and it was no issue for the cleaner who did an amazing job!! We plan to hire the same employee in the future to clean our new apartment. Thank you Moppify! I am awful with names but Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to our cleaner! We needed a reasonably priced professional company to do this job with only 4 days notice...and they were great!

Robin and his management business managed our 16-unit apartment for several years, then we chose him as the realtor to sell the apartments. We live in another state. Robin was personable and professional at the same time. It would take pages to tell you how many good things he did for us, but the bottom line is that Robin and his managmement company is the best!

I have worked with Sheimroch on and off for the last few years, and am happy to say that I highly recommend her services. She has always been punctual at responding to my individual needs, as well as the tenants' needs, and quickly makes adjustments when unique situations arise. She really thinks outside the box and her creativity at solving potentially huge issues, comes in handy for me and the tenant/vendor, especially because I am out of state often. Although it is impossible to predict every negative scenario I am confident that she will use her excellent professional judgement when deciding a course of action, which I trust completely. As her previous employer and property owner, I may not always agree with her chosen course of action, but, I trust her completely to handle the situation to the best of her ability, and with my best interest at heart. I fully back whatever decisions she makes, as I am confident in her demonstrated abilities. To whom it may concern: I am extremely interested in joining your team. I went to school for communications and dramatic arts at the University of Wisconsin Parkside. I moved to California to pursue acting, but ended up in the job field of property management where I had been ever since until recently. Right now, I am a part-time PAX community coordinator where I look for host families for foreign exchange students. I have had to deal with the Internet a lot and researched different subjects from law to marketing online for different subjects, including apartment complexes. I have also had to write interesting facts and information online for these places to get people to call or stop by to rent. My most-treasured moment for writing anything, as of right now, is a children's book I had published called, "The Poly Adventures". Because of this, I have got the writing bug again, and I am currently in the process of writing a science-fiction novel. These are just a fraction of items that I am capable of.
