Hi! My name is Lisa and I am a wedding coordinator and non-denominational minister and that services the greater Sacramento and Bay Area regions. As a wedding coordinator/planner, I offer day-of coordinating to help take the stress off of the couple so they can relax and enjoy their day. My team and I make sure that everything is handled so hour day goes smoothly! As an officiant, I marry couples from all backgrounds, faiths, sexual orientations, and beliefs. You can have no mention of religion or as much mention of religion as you desire. I personalize my ceremonies to the couple’s standards. No two custom ceremonies are ever the same! If you don’t have a day of coordinator yet for your wedding, hire Lisa. Working with Lisa feels like you’re working with a friend you’ve had for years. She was extremely gracious, flexible, and helpful throughout my wedding planning process. Right before my bridal party and I were going to do our entrances at my reception, one of my bridesmaids was upset she was the only one who didn’t have a pair of sunglasses on. Lisa immediately took the sunglasses off of her head and gave them to my bridesmaid. Just one example of what she’s willing to do to make your event go smoothly! Thank you Lisa for all of your help!!

From the moment we hired Lisa as our day-of coordinator, she became so much more than that. Lisa was helpful and generous in her help, advice, and expertise throughout the entire planning process. She's kind, incredibly funny, knows what she is talking about, and she means business, which is exactly what we wanted and needed (this is what EVERY couple needs in a day of coordinator). On our wedding day, she handled every curveball with total grace and confidence. From last-minute, heartbreaking cancellations to uninvited guests showing up, Lisa knew just what to say and exactly how to handle it all. We felt so safe and supported having her there. Lisa also brings a whole lot of heart to her work, and it meant the world to us. Truly, we don’t know what we would’ve done without her. She is a total pro and an absolute gem of a human. We cannot sing Lisa's praises loud enough. One of the most critical vendors of a wedding day and she exceeded any and all expectations.

We were very fortunate to have Lisa as our wedding coordinator, she helped ensure that a day that is typically filled with stress was able to go as smoothly as possible, and allowed me and my new wife to enjoy the day to its fullest! A lot of really great guidance was given in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding. She was very flexible on timing and willing to talk with us numerous times over zoom within a day or two of request to help answer any questions we had on everything from figuring out our day of schedule to vendor selection and provided good input on numerous decisions. She would also check in on us to make sure things were going smoothly with our wedding planning and provide key reminders on things that needed to be done and make sure they weren’t forgotten about. Lisa also provided vendor suggestions for vendors we hadn’t fully decided on yet - those vendor recommendations ended up working out wonderfully and they were all very solid in their service. I was also unsure of what song I wanted to do for the Mother/groom dance, and Lisa provided a list of really good suggestions including the song I ultimately went with. She was there with us when we had our final venue walkthrough about a month out from the wedding, and she provided great input and suggestions in our discussion with the event manager for the venue on the placement of caterer, DJ, bartender, etc given the smaller venue blueprint we were working with, including the plan and details for how best to switch from ceremony to rehearsal dinner to post rehearsal dancing setups. She also coordinated and helped perform these switch-overs on the day of. This was a very valuable final walkthrough as it answered all of our open questions and alleviated much of the stress we may have been feeling about some of those open questions on placement and flow on the day of. Lisa really shined during our rehearsal the day before, ensuring everyone felt very confident and comfortable in what we all would be doing on the day of. We received multiple comments from members of the bridal party on how well the rehearsal went and how they thought Lisa did a great job in making sure everyone was ready to go. The ceremony on the wedding day went off without any issue and was the most beautiful moment of my life! She also helped oversee final setup at the venue on the day of, both me and my wife didn’t have to worry about anything as Lisa had it taken care of based on the list of things we shared with her that she would help coordinate on the day of.
