We experienced premium service, product quality, and excellent pricing for the value and expertise in choosing the right blind combinations for a home that also includes 2 ADU properties making up three separate units with a variety of window covering needs over 22 windows and doors. Luis visited twice to aid in selection, and personally oversaw the installation. I reached to Mr. Luis requesting and estimate and he was able to accommodate to do an in person estimate on Sunday. Mr. Luis was very professional when proving the estimate for the four (4) curtains. He was able to explain and answer our questions regarding the different types of material the curtains are made of. The turnaround for the installation was less than 7 days. Mr. Luis was able to again accommodate for a weekend installation. Mr. Luis came on time and ready to install the curtains. You can tell Mr. Luis is a professional, because he was able to install the four (4) curtains in a few minutes and explained how the curtains function. Luis was easy to work with, we just needed to decide what products we wanted. We went with an combination of shutters & honeycomb shades that open from the bottom up & top down. He was knowledgeable regarding the amount of light we would want blocked based on where we hanging the blinds. We are extremely happy with both products. They fit perfectly side to side and top & bottom. He has years of experience to make sure we would be happy with the results. I would definitely use Luis again for any other windows.
