Eden is amazing! She has in depth knowledge of pilates and the human anatomy. She pays detailed attention to form and adjusts the exercises to fit the need. Anne is one of the best health and fitness professionals in the country. She draws on her experience as a professional dancer, on her gentle and kind personality, and an amazing amount of knowledge and sensitivity. Working with Anne on Pilates and the Swiss ball kept me in shape during my first pregnancy and after. My legs look about three inches longer after training with Anne, and my confidence is much much greater. If you want to work hard, but in a way that you can take out of the gym, Anne is your trainer. She explains every exercise in a way that increases your awareness of your body. I enjoy aerial dancing, and I know that working with Anne has really helped prevent injury.
