I was deciding between two songs for my proposal—“Time in a Bottle” and “Merry-Go-Round of Life” from Howl’s Moving Castle—and she actually took the time to learn BOTH songs and let me hear her play each one beforehand so I could decide which felt right for the moment. That alone meant so much to me. On the day of the proposal, she was punctual and completely prepared. She began playing as we walked up to the proposal and continued playing throughout the entire thing. I ultimately chose “Merry-Go-Round of Life,” and I could not have made a better choice. She played BEAUTIFULLY. Her music was loud, clear, smooth, and absolutely gorgeous. I didn’t hear a single mistake. Hearing that song played live while I asked my now-fiancée to marry me is something I will never forget. Beyond how talented she is, what really stood out was how she treated us. Didn't work, only picked up bad habits. Heard about Thumbtack, figured I would give it a shot. There were several instructors to choose from. I choose Jeff because of his introduction "Learn Music From a Pro". That he is "A Pro". Jeff makes lessons interesting and easy to follow. He is patient, always on time. There were several times I was unable to attend a session and he made sure I could make up my time. I found Jeff to be very patient, Professional with his student's. He has the knowledge, ability and desire to pass on to his students. I'm truly grate full I choose Jeff Brent. He, without a doubt is a "Pro" and enjoys what he does.
