Ang S. says, "When I started working with Dianne in 2022 I was 24 years old and feeling a bit lost, needing some sort of direction in my life. I was taking a break from my academics, working here and there, and not exactly sure how I would get from where I was to where I wanted to be. I had many goals set out for myself, all of which seemed very overwhelming to assess on my own. I wanted to change my attitude towards those around me in efforts to better my relationships with my family and loved ones, I wanted to get back into my habits of working out and being in the gym on a regular basis, and I wanted to figure out what to do about my studies. After speaking with Dianne in my first session, her bubbly personality, calm voice, and strong demeanor gave me hope that she would be just the right person to help me make the necessary changes in my life in order to achieve my goals and reach better state both mentally and spiritually. Fast forward to 2023, I am now 25 years old, I am back in school and working towards the degree that I want. I go to the gym regularly and I even became a member of a new yoga studio. Dianne has helped me work through my emotions and inner feelings which have ultimately led me to attain the tools needed to change my attitude for the better and now when I feel triggered by those around me, I no longer feel the need to react, instead I respond. Dianne has helped me to achieve all that I have set out for and more. While working with her I have implemented practices into my daily routine that have helped ease my anxiety, organized my responsibilities, and have formed even more healthy habits.
