We had a party for 40 guests and Andrew did an amazing job getting all the supplies, setting up and serving drinks to our crazy crew! He also stayed late to clean up so we didn't have to. He did an awesome job and didn't need any direction, which made it stress free for me and that is always appreciated. We would definitely hire him for our next event!
The moment we met Saundra, we knew we had to use her, as our wedding officiant! She was professional, friendly, helpful, organized, punctual, and well-spoken. What stood out the most about Saundra, though, was her wonderful personality! Interacting with her was so natural! It almost felt like we were working with a member of our family! Saundra literally went above and beyond for us! Before our big day, she met with us several times to make sure she had a clear understanding of what we wanted for our ceremony. She would also frequently check-in with us, via text and email, to see if we needed any help with our vows, offer advice, and give us helpful suggestions to help us personalize our ceremony and make it special. On the day of our wedding, Saundra showed up early to make sure everything ran smoothly. Holding a ceremony in front of 200 people was quite intimidating, but Saundra was there to guide us (and the members of our wedding party) through every step of the way and really put us at ease. She made sure that everything went off with out a hitch and one week later, our guests are still telling us how much they loved our ceremony! It was literally everything we could have hoped for and we could not have done it without her!!!
Tina did facepainting for my son's TNMT-themed birthday party for a full 2 hours. I was impressed by her promptness to come on short notice. As well, her wonderful personality and ability to do a variety of subjects, made the kids' experience a memorable one.
Midnight G invented a very creative and fun drink menu for my themed party. Communication was excellent and timely, and his outgoing personality is charming. Knowledgeable of his craft w a fun and energetic twist!
I don't usually give 5 stars but Tiffany did an outstanding job at my daughters's wedding. We had 165 guests with 18 in the bridal party. It was such a relief to have someone else handling all of the details that the wedding day involves. She answered emails, phone calls always promptly, came to the rehearsal and organized the bridal party and music. She did an amazing timeline that everyone appreciated, including the band. The day of the wedding went so smoothly because of her attention to details...too many to mention here. Please don't hesitate to use her services. She is very good.
She went over and above - hired alisa a week before party and she came prepared for our Halloween themed event with great ideas and fabulous food. Her staff was helpful and friendly and made the party a great success!!!!
Five stars hardly suffice in rating the work of Rebecca and Anna Marie. My party was all that I had hoped for and more! During the pre-party planning they were attentive and sensitive to our vision for the day. In preparing for the party, their excellent attention to detail, ability to handle each nuance, and creativity in putting all the pieces together was exemplary. During the party they translated our vision by orchestrating each detail and transition flawlessly. All this was done with hardly anyone realizing that they were there. We explored several venues like restaurants and banquet halls before deciding to hold the party in my home. Getting ready involved moving furniture and transforming a house into a party place. We are so pleased for having made that decision because we were able to celebrate in an environment that represents us and that we know best. If I were to pick the qualities that best describe Rebecca and Anna Marie these would be professionalism, sensitivity, creativity and love for their work. Their positiveness and enthusiasm carried the day. Rebecca and Anna Marie know how to take an idea and from that create a celebration. I highly recommend using a party planner for your next celebration and AR Weddings N Events is the company that knows how to make celebrations happen.
We hired Coco Creations Elizabeth Mauricio as our day of coordinator for our 25th Anniversary Vow Renewal and celebration in November 2014. Best Decision Ever!! We met in person twice at the venue to discuss our vision for the actual event and her insights and suggestions were invaluable. She kept in frequent contact to make sure all the planning was on track not only with us, but all our vendors! There was the Minister, wedding party, venue managers, catering team, casino night company, Elvis impersonator, DJ and security people and she provided a timeline and facilitation skills and support for all so that there wasn't a single moment of worry for me, my husband or family. It was truly the most wonderful night for us, and being able to enjoy it and be in the moment with our guests meant the world to us. Elizabeth and her assistant Rachel were directly responsible for that, and as the one who usually handles all of my familes parties, I know how priceless their support truly was. I would highly recommend Coco Creations and wouldn't hesitate to call on Elizabeth again for future celebrations.
I got the decoration done through Dazzling streaks for our party. We had a minion theme planned,and Manya did a excellent job and everything was done in time.
Although new, these guys are great. Very prompt in their response and quotes. Quotes are very reasonable and pretty competitive from what we've gotten. They seem to have all great new equipment. We're also able to book one bounce house and couple party rental items. Liked their themed party supply. It was much easier for me getting everything done in one place instead of running around everywhere and also just have to deal with one company. Way better than my last experience.
We had a few hiccups with our event and had to change venues late in the planning process. This did not phase Matt as a problem in the least and was quick in finding the perfect new venue. Also, our budget did not allow for the anticipated amount for decor. Again, Matt worked his magic and the decor was a complete hit, really tying together our 80s themed Prom Night. Matt stays cool, calm, and collected throughout the whole planning process, which really adds to an overall smooth experience. If you are looking for an event planner, here is your guy!
Danny is one of the most creative persons I have met. His ideas are always fresh, new, as he contemplates the possibilities for any occasion. You can almost see his brain in action as he lights up with ideas and suggestions. Delightful surprises appear in the results of his presentations. If a problem develops on the event day, he confidently and quickly figures out a solution and puts it to work. He has his clients interests at heart and is friendly and reliable in all that he does. Oh my goodness, I was so, so impressed with Cheri's cooking. I've never, and I mean never, tasted a turkey that was as tender and flavorful as hers. I'm getting hungry right now just thinking of it. She catered our holiday party, and the depth and delight of all her amazing dishes tantalized all the guests. All her dishes we're cooked and baked to perfection. She's a genius in the kitechen, with a down-home, nurturing spirit to boot. I highly recommend Cheri for any catering event you're planning in the future. Your guest will rave that it's the best catered food they've ever had.
Velina is extremely talented in my experiences with her events. I've worked with her and been to other events she planned and been a part of. She's extremely professional, kind, and organized. He floral arrangements are stunning, her table arrangements are classy and elegant and she just has an amazing eye for detail. She's helped me with multiple parties I've planned including birthday and baby showers. I got so many compliments on how amazing both parties were and how all the details were perfect. To top it all off Her pricing is extremely reasonable. Whether it's a wedding, and event or a party Velina is all around amazing!!
We had a GREAT time working with Limelight Productions! They helped us out with a very last minute need for a dessert table at our company picnic. They were fantastic before the event with clear and constant communication. They were on time, and the display they set up was beautiful! Everyone absolutely LOVED the desserts! Thank you SO very much Limelight Productions for helping us out with our Hawaiian Luau themed Company Picnic. I would HIGHLY recommend them to any and everyone!
Vani did an amazing job with floral her decoration. We threw a surprise party for our parents 40th Wedding Anniversary and it was special moment for us. She understood the kind of requirement we had and was very flexible and open minded to hear out our needs.She was very punctual and finished all decoration job on time. She did beautiful setup with color theme. However I feel it was little overpriced that is why giving 4 starts:). But if comes in your budget, I would definitely recommend Vani.
Courtney is simply amazing! She coordinated my house warming party for 80+ people and she handled everything seamlessly. She is an incredibly hard worker and anyone would be lucky to have her services.
Robyn made my bridal shower a total surprise! I was not expecting it at all. It was based on me, as the theme was what I love best, horses. I could tell she had spent so much time researching to find decorations and party favors that would make my bridal shower so special. She also helped plan my backyard wedding. I'm not a very good party planner myself so had no idea where to start. When I hired her, she stepped right in and took the control I was looking for. I could relax and have a great time at my wedding knowing every little detail was being watched and taken care of by Robin.

Marissa planned my entire wedding in May of 2015. From wedding invitations, to center pieces, to the our planning meetings, Marissa always came prepared as well as ready to take on the next "idea" I had. She kept me clam, relaxed and truthfully I enjoyed the whole process and I owe that to her. Marissa's work ethic far exceeded my expectations for an event planner. With her commitment and organization she nailed every detail for my wedding. Lastly, my venue had a few problems the day before and day of my wedding, but I never knew about them, or was troubled/stressed by them for Marissa took on the challenges and had them solved even before I knew what happened. I have recommended Marissa to several of my friends and family members for she really puts the JOY in the event you're planning.
Elizabeth helped plan my daughter's 1-year birthday party. She organized all the vendors (food, cake, face painting, bartender) and handled the decorations. She was responsive and did a great job day-of setting up the decorations and making sure everything went smoothly. I was very happy with the entire event and would absolutely use her again in future.
