- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
i will always work with my customers on price and will explain the entire job, but i have been in the flooring trade for long enough to know the quality of my workmanship and what should i should properly charge. although this does not mean I'm not open to bundling work and cutting great deals
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i am always 100% professional and will always try to make it as convenient for the customer. i like to meet and see the job first because the final bid so driving to a customer is no problem at all i am here to accommodate them
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have 8 years as a flooring sub contactor under numerous flooring companies in the greater san diego area, 2 years as a senior repair technician for Sears roebuck and a&, and have been a handy man my entire career
