- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I recieved my Bachelors Degree in Architecture in the 90's and after years working in Architectural offices; the industry shifted to construction litigation and I became a Construction Inspector and Estimator for the Leading Company in the Country. After conducting inspections on hundreds of construction projects across the country, I decided to build and teach construction the way that it should be built. What I do not do is TermiteInspections or Hazardous Materials handling as these require special certifications so be sure your Contractor has them or you risk your health. I also do not do water remediation, this is also a specialty trade.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of the work that I have recently performed has been tile flooring, electrical upgrades, retrofit windows, plumbing fixture upgrades and audio visual installations.
