- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive in the pet sitting industry. I offer military and senior discounts. Dogs that come on a regular basis in my doggy daycare, I offer substantial discounts when their mommy and daddy go on vacation or business trips.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients typically contact me either via telephone or text message. I listen to the client, get an idea about their pet, any issues such as separation anxiety, are their vaccinations up to date, what are their expectations while their pet is in my care. I then set up a meet and greet with the client and their pet(s) so they feel comfortable knowing their dog will be cared for and treated well while in my care.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 5 years experience working as a manager at a Big Box pet store where I gained an abundance of knowledge, including pet nutrition, animal behavior, and what to look for and identify if a dog is sick, has allergies or other underlying issues.
