I only gave them one star because I have to but I really would give them NONE!!! Why?.. Well we had hired them for my mom 50th birthday. We ordered that combo that they advertise on their website that included tables, chair, tacos for 100 people, two aquas (flavor water drinks), rice and i think a Jumper.. But we had also ordered 2 extra tables and a helium tank.. They NEVER brought us the helium tank even after we called and talked to them several times. (I was PISSED OFF because the balloons we bought were part of the centerpieces & we were going to make an balloon arch & we can't return the balloons because we bought them online). We also didn't get the 2 extra tables we order until they came & they used them for themselves, so we didn't get to use them. The people that came to do the tacos (which was some lady & Maggie, the owner) were 45 minutes late! They were suppose to be there by 5:30pm, so that our guest could start eating by 6pm. They didn't show up till 6:15pm. Our guest were hungry, lucky for us we made pozole for later in the night, that we had to start servicing early because of them! The waters they brought were NASTY!! The food was ok but they were very stingy with the meat on the tacos & the food and aquas look like they were left overs from another party, the cilantro was dirty, they try to say that it wasn't but you could clearly see the dirty on the bottom of the bowl because they had it in water, as while as the onions and they didn't bring the rice that was part of the combo. We were VERY EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with their service.. SO CONCERNED YOURSELF WARNED!!! NEVER HIRE OR DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! WE WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN HIRE THEM!!!!!!!

ask questions to all the providers such as: What day will you deliver, how long will the set up take, are we going to be liable for any lost or broken products.
