FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona (Cal Poly Pomona), where I built a strong foundation in human anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, kinesiology, and evidence-based training methods. This education allows me to create structured, results-driven programs tailored to each client’s goals and physical capabilities. In addition to my academic background, I have two years of hands-on medical experience working as an EMT, where I gained practical knowledge in injury awareness, emergency response, and working with individuals under physical stress or medical considerations. I also have one year of experience in home health care, working closely with individuals who have disabilities, injuries, and mobility limitations. This role required patience, adaptability, and a deep understanding of how to modify movement safely while still promoting strength, function, and independence.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I primarily work with career professionals and business owners, especially those in service-based and sedentary professions. Many of my clients are attorneys, therapists, computer engineers, etc., and other professionals whose work involves long hours of sitting, high stress, and limited time for fitness. Because of this, I’ve developed structured, efficient training routines specifically designed to counteract the effects of sedentary work such as poor posture, tight hips, back discomfort, low energy, and weight gain; while still fitting into busy schedules. My approach focuses on strength, mobility, fat loss, and long-term sustainability so clients can get in shape without disrupting their work or lifestyle.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I have recently worked with two attorneys recently and I was able to help both of them lose 30 lbs within 3 months.
