Each event comes with service and delivery fees. Taxes are also applied on the invoice.

I communicate with the customer our products and services, listen to their needs, consult on menu items, develop a price and talk about operations/logistics.

I am a BBQ culinary instructor and have taught hundreds of individuals the awesomeness of cooking with fire.
