The staff are standout professionals! As soon as they arrive on site they organize and prep. Appetizers were arranged beautifully on platter and distributed while they were fresh! Dennis, Kim, and team catered our wedding celebration and did a truly outstanding job. Dennis was highly communicative, flexible, and focused on execution. I appreciated the way he listened to our vision for the event and served as a thought partner. Their team provided full-service catering for our event plus bartending. On the day of, each staff member was respectful, attentive, and good at their role. Kim as the front of the house leader and the two bartenders were exceptional and ensured that our guests were well-taken care of and happy. Finally, the food was also a highlight - flavors were delicious and had ample variety and choices for everyone. Liberation Foods was a key component of a very successful party and really alleviated any stress and worry. I look forward to another event when we can work with Liberation Foods and highly recommend them to anyone looking for the perfect balance of value, service, and deliciousness.

Liberation food catered my wedding and they did a fantastic job! The food was delicious, they worked with me to find a menu that matched with my budget and the amount of people I had attending, and perfectly handled the day of the event with no stress. I’d absolutely recommend them!

We hired Liberation Foods for our wedding, and they were absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish, they were so easy to work with—communication was great and everything ran smoothly. Our day-of coordinator even mentioned how professional and cooperative they were. And the food—wow! All our guests couldn’t stop raving about the brisket, chicken, and sides (but especially the brisket!). Everything was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. I later found out that their team even stayed later than scheduled to serve coffee and tea, which really shows their dedication and kindness. Liberation Foods went above and beyond in every way. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for amazing food and service. I truly hope to work with them again in the future!
