SK is a great trainer and pushes me to do my best. Fun to train with and very knowledgeable wouldn’t want to train 5 days a week with anyone else.

Love coming to this gym establishment. Not only is my trainer friendly and determined but all the trainers seem to be friendly as well. I’m obtaining all my goals I’ve set so far. Great place to workout & change your lifestyle .

Siafa is amazing. My son (soccer player) has been working with him for about 9 months and my daughter (soccer player) just began training with him as well. Siafa’s soccer background has helped focus on the needs of both my kids as they are up and coming top players in their age groups with FCEG. The work they do with Siafa translates heavily on the field as I’ve seen them quicker to the ball, not easily taken off the ball by oncoming players, and are rarely out of breath on the field. I would and do tell parents/people who notice the difference in my kids performance on the field that they are training hard with Siafa to help put more power behind the touches they get a practice.

What more could I have gained from a personal training facility that values clients as much as they value family? Well, I did not expect to recover in a month from a sprained ankle (Per my Physical Therapist)! The recovery in a month was like night and day! Siafa took special care to strengthen my ankle, while continuing to push my overall physique. He challenged me to increase weight, reps and go beyond my "comfort zone," all while being mindful of my injury and what worked for me (to avoid any further injury).
The energy in this gym is unmatched. It's not your normal gym. This facility is extremely comfortable to workout in. All shapes, sizes and ages are welcomed, no judgment! What I value most about this place is that each trainer has their own training style (find what fits your needs). Also, the trainers lead by example! For me, I base what my trainer looks like on my goals. I know that I want toned muscle; legs, glutes, arms, back and stomach. My trainer is the epitome of just that! So, a trainer that is experienced in weight lifting is the avenue for me.
Siafa works closely with his clients to instruct proper form, with patience, to avoid injury. He is always at the facility before I arrive(I am beginning to think he lives there). An extremely professional individual that is both knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with!
When entering Self-Made Training Facility, be ready to work for the entire hour! You will leave with a BIG smile on your face, despite any ill feelings you may have had with your trainer during your workout!

This has been one of the best experiences I've had with a personal trainer. The facility is easy to locate and the members and staff are all friendly. My trainer, coach Konneh, is excellent to work with.
