The Baked Bear of Encinitas

For our full service ice cream sandwich bar we charge an all-inclusive price of $10/person, $11/person if you choose brownies, thereafter plus tax (60-person minimum)! We come out to your event 30 minutes before your desired serving time to set up our station. We provide a five-foot table with a tablecloth for display of the cookies, a four-foot frozen catering cart for the ice cream, all utensils, a menu board with the flavors you choose, and we have a tent we could set up if the event is outdoors. You can pick four flavors of ice cream, four flavors of cookies and your guests can mix and match however they please (toppings not offered in this service)! When you decide to book, we will charge 50% of your total as a refundable deposit to reserve your date and the rest on the day of the event. You will have 48 hours prior to your event to adjust your numbers and flavors! Any remaining cookies/brownies are left with your party to enjoy later as well. We can also offer a prepackaged service. For this service we can provide you with any combination of cookie/ice cream pairings you desire. A team member will deliver them to you on the day of the event at the specified time of your choosing. The sandwiches are transported in our insulated bags that will keep the sandwiches at the right temperature. This option has no service/delivery fee and sandwiches start at $6.50!
