- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates can vary: Day Rate: $400 Hourly Rate: $40/$50 Daily Meal Delivery: $25/meal or $395 for the entire month! (5x week)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Its all about their needs. I will conduct a conversation on favorite foods, work/home schedule, food allergies and dislikes, budget and availability. Its important that we introduce effective communication. Often times I will ask my clients of favorite dishes they have had throughout the world or locally and recreate these loved dishes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a very proud graduate of The Culinary Institute of America Hyde Park, NY. The premiere culinary school of America. We have produced the most amount of top tier, celebrity/known, culinary giants compared to any school. It is quite simply the most desired culinary education offered in the United States. I hold a degree in Culinary Arts and also a Bachelors in Restaurant Management. I have worked internationally in Costa Rica, Guatemala, Argentina and Thailand.
