I recently worked with Chef Julius over the weekend planning a Retirement Party for my aunt. From start to finish Julius has been a pleasure to work with. Upon requesting a quote, he got back to me, providing me with a clear proposal and detailed scope of service. His follow up and availability to my every inquiry was handled professionally and without delay. Upon signing with him, I had additional requests when I've learned of dietary restrictions of a guest. He was quick to accommodate. On the day of the event, he would keep me updated on arrival time and arrived. He prepared delicious appetizers and entrees, my personal favorite being the beet bruschetta. Also, for his main dish, his lemon pesto was incredible. For dessert lovers, his homemade tiramisu was better than that you'd find in restaurants. The best part of the experience was just his human-ness. He treated my guest of honor with such grace and throughout the evening spent much of the time chatting with her. He had the punctuality and structure of a larger corporation but felt like an extended member of the family. The day couldn't have gone more seamlessly and the entire experience was stress free. Appreciate you Julius!

I enjoyed my time working with Chef Julius and cannot recommend him more. Julius was the perfect match for my wedding. He took care of 130 guests through cocktail hour and dinner without breaking a sweat and my guests told me they loved how unique the menu was. My vegetarian friends raved about his plant based options too. He went above and beyond for us throughout the entire process. We had a specific vision and some special requests and he carried everything out seamlessly. I was impressed with his attention to detail and will not hesitate to hire him again in the future.

This was our second year in a row having Julius support our family Passover Seder - which is quite an elaborate meal/process - and he's done superb work simultaneously playing the role of sous chef under our family recipes but also executive chef/expert to enhance and improve things, including systems/efficiencies.

We hired a private chef for my brother’s bachelor party and it ended up being one of the highlights of the entire weekend. We had a group of 13 guys and he handled everything seamlessly. The menu was Japanese-inspired and every dish was seriously impressive, high quality, well thought out, and perfectly executed. You could tell a lot of attention went into both the flavors and presentation. What really set him apart though was how he went above and beyond. He didn’t just stick to the meal, he jumped in and crafted cocktails for us using whatever ingredients we had on hand, which made the whole experience feel even more personalized and fun. Super professional, easy to work with, and brought great energy to the night. Couldn’t recommend him more, especially for a group setting like a bachelor party.

Chef Julius was incredible to work with from start to finish. He arrived right on time and put together a beautifully paced, fun slow dinner that let us really savor every course. He made sure the kids were taken care of and fed first, which we genuinely appreciated, and then he helped clean up afterward so we could actually relax and enjoy the evening.
