I own a condo that I lease out in La Mesa. Between tenants, I called Nicholas to come out and clean my dryer ducts. He showed up right on time, in fact he texted and said he could fit me in even earlier. He diagnosed the problem and said he could switch out my broken flapper vent the very next day. We agreed on a price which was very fair and he came back the next day.
He knocked it out of the park.

Not only does the new flapper really help to solve the problem—it also happens to look a lot better on the outside of the building. He even opened up my existing dryer and cleaned out all of the places that people can't get to without tools and skill. Then he snaked out all of the duct work, installed brand new flexible tubing at the connection point and reinforced all exposed elbow joints of the existing duct work. And all in about two hours!
When he finished, he answered all of my questions, walked me through everything and recommended a follow-up plan.
Overall, I could not be more pleased. It's a comfort to know that as a landlord that I now have a reliable dryer duct person for my tenants to call and for me to maintain my property.

Nicholas is also the owner of his business and that's important because owners really care about the quality of their work and their customer experience. If you need dryer ducts cleaned or your dryer serviced, look no further. Nicholas is the real deal and you will not be disappointed! I'd give him SIX stars if I could!
