Jack provided the all information I needed very quickly and professionally. And all for a reasonable rate!Jan 26, 2020Verified
This PI was immediately responsive to my request for a quote (within 5 minutes). He then spent so much time gathering information and research so he could understand the situation and determine the best strategy (in order to give an accurate quote). Highly recommended!Jan 26, 2020Verified
Jack provided excellent service. He was very understanding of my situation and the information I was searching for. He went above and beyond what was originally requested in order to help confirm the information I needed. I greatly appreciate the work he did and would highly recommend his services.Jan 23, 2020VerifiedJ.K. & ASSOCIATES FORENSIC PRIVATE INVESTIGATIONS's reply
Trevor had a difficult personal matter that took some time to assist in but we achieved great results and more. I wish all my clients wrote accurate and appropriate reviews like his. Thanks
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I will negotiate pricing reasonably on all my services within standards we all have set in our business as Private Investigators. My pricing is based on my vast experience, education and achievements. One of my greatest achievements was my Perfect score on the F.B.I. Special Agent Entrance Exam (1984), I tore cartilage in my RT knee which prevented my Special Agent class attendance so I stuck with being police officer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?New customers often have their own incorrect ideas about costs involved in P.I. services so I try to explain them, answer questions and help them through their often highly emotional situations. Surveillance concepts and costs are the most misunderstood work we do and the easiest way to explain is for a potential customer to try following someone for more than 20 minutes and not lose someone. It's not that easy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?10 years in Law Enforcement, 3 police Academies, one State, one Local and one Federal. Reid College Graduate - Interrogation and Interview Techniques, LSI Laboratory for Scientific Interrogation Graduate, Bachelor of Arts Degree - University of Illinois Criminal Justice. MORE details in my C.V. or Resume found in PHOTOGRAPHS. I am one of the ONLY Private Investigators in CA that has attained membership in both Forensic Associations, the American Academy of Forensic Sciences and American College of Forensic Examiners. I place my Credentials up against any other Private Investigator, bar none. Saying that humbly but truthfully.
