Ritch Builders Co- From beginning to end resulted in a Quality ADU build! We were very lucky to have found Ritchie and Team! Working with the City of Chula Vista permit department and all the architectural elements were easing our minds as he powered through with his attention to detail and design. He went above and beyond with any wishes we had for the best version of choices for tiles, flooring and final touches. The ADU is also for a disabled person with amazing touches that have safety and security in mind! After the build we have a very amazing ADU to cherish for years to come! My family especially my parents were extremely proud of their new ADU! Which brings value and quality to our investment.
