I cannot say enough great things about Junio and his team. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. Junio was punctual, consistently on time, and incredibly easy to work with. I had scheduled three different quotes, and he was the only one who followed through—something I really appreciated. He was kind, communicative, and provided clear instructions on exactly what was needed to complete the project. He also went above and beyond by recommending three places to shop for tile. I ended up choosing Floor & Decor, which had an excellent selection. Most importantly, I absolutely LOVE my kitchen backsplash—the quality of work speaks for itself. I would highly recommend Junio to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work.

He kept to his time commitment and finished our backsplash, kitchen floor, and bathroom floor in a timely manner. He was a joy to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend him for any tiling work needed in your home.

Junio did an amazing job installing the tile floors in my two bathrooms. The quality of the work was excellent, and everything came out clean and professional. He was also very friendly, reliable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I’m very happy with the results and would absolutely hire him again.

I can’t recommend this contractor highly enough. His professionalism was outstanding from start to finish, and his work ethic truly set him apart. I initially brought him in to fix another contractor’s poor workmanship, and he completely exceeded my expectations. The quality of his work is, without question, some of the best I’ve ever seen. He took great care in every detail, communicated clearly throughout the process, and delivered results that genuinely impressed me. On top of that, his pricing is very fair and more than reasonable for the level of craftsmanship he provides. If you’re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and professional, this is the person to hire. Absolutely fantastic experience.

Junio provided excellent service and the end product far surpassed my expectations. He had to tear out shoddy work started by someone who quit when they realized they were in over their heads. Junio was sympathetic to our situation (a one bathroom home whose residents included a full time working individual, plus a 95 year old with Parkinson's and day time caretakers requiring a working bathroom in place at the end of the day). He pointed out to me the design flaws in place and provided recommendations for corrections. I had previously purchased tile and selected grout, but was unaware that other finishing products were needed to complete the project properly. He provided me with brochures and product samples, making finish suggestions and only proceeding when I had given approval. He arrived when expected and made sure I knew what to expect. As I was almost never at the house when he was there, I asked and he provided me with daily project reports of work done and work to be done. Besides the tile work, he installed under tile heating -- I highly recommend that to everyone! He helped coordinate work with our electrician. He was always courteous and thoughtful. He completed the job on time and cleaned up at the end. I highly recommend Junio and Custom Dreams Tile.
