- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no complications. Pay after the each lesson (check or cash are excepted). If you can't make to a lesson for different reason, call in advance. If something happened on a day of lesson still I appreciate if you call sooner or later. If there are no calls with explanation I have to charge a full fee. I am not charging if there are emergency calls with explanation why you could not make it.
