Why does personal training have to be perceived as grueling or militant? It does not have to be! Okay... maybe just a little. However, when you are working toward something desirable, it usually requires some effort.
Consider the rewards... you being able to move your body to do things you love to do, or maybe things you have never been able to do. What is that? Hiking 2 miles... maybe 5... perhaps 15 miles with hills, or biking 10 miles... maybe 20... even 100 then being able to finish the activity and still go out for dinner then dance the night away.
I can help you reach your ideal weight and look good while you are doing all the above. Whatever it is, you can do it, but it does require a little effort. I can help you do this, and do it safely!
