Gennadiy got back to me within, maybe, 5 minutes of my initial search and I was able to get a quote for a floor installation easily...sent him the square footage and photos of the 2 rooms where the new laminate flooring was to go, took a look a another quote from someone else as well as Gennadiy's reviews, and decided KGA was getting the job. I hit a sweet spot in his schedule and he was able to install the flooring the next day which worked great for me. He is a nice young man and was a true professional...showed up on time, completed the job perfectly, cleaned up afterward, and the price was both competitive and fair. I couldn't be more pleased with the job, and not only would I recommend him to anyone, I have already decided to have him install flooring in another room, and will likely have him take care of some odds and ends around here that I just never have the time to get to. In short, as long as Gennadiy is around these parts, he'll be the first person I call for any construction needs.

I meet with Brian today. My need is to convert a tub/shower to a shower only for my son who will be returning from a deployment. My project changed after contacting Insight and I sent a message to say I had additional needs. Quick response which is always helpful. Brian did show and showed on time. He gave me many options to keep the project price under control. I can purchase all materials or he can purchase for me. I like the options. He gave me an overview and took time to answer my questions. I am waiting his estimate currently. So many Contractors do not show or its not worth their time yet they do not let the customer know that is the situation. I feel Brian will respond with an estimate as promised. I am really most impressed with Brian and hope I have found a contractor that I can use long term future projects :).

We hired Brent and Pro-Built Construction to address water intrusion in our home. There was no clear indication of path of travel. Brent and his crew did an outstanding job of troubleshooting and sticking with the process until all sources of water (3 in total) were identified and then corrected all in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. Brent communicates well with clients and will take the time to explain what is going on in your building. The workmanship of his crew is great. My wife and I were both very happy with the end result and would use Pro-Built again should the need arise. We strongly recommend this company!

Working with JT Urbano Construction for my home project far exceeded my expectations. Josh was very easy to deal with - he was always respectful, professional and honestly answered any questions I had as well as offered solutions and recommendations. Are you looking for a dependable, punctual, contractor/handyman? Then look no further because the father/son team of John and Preston (JPB) are fabulous! I needed a variety of projects completed from new electrical wiring, installation of new mirrors, lights, changing old plumbing and installing new fixtures. JPB offered solutions to unforeseen problems that popped up along the way and at the lowest cost, which I so appreciated. John and his crew built us a 1700 square-foot treks deck that was just amazing. The build quality and care that was put into it was above and beyond what we ever expected. J&R Fencing was reasonably priced and quick to give us an estimate. They came out the next week and finished our fence in one day.
