Aria is an amazing coach. I am an Adult beginner. I’ve been around water , but never learned how to swim and very uncomfortable inside water. Its been now 3 lessons and I am already getting comfortable and don't panic as much as first time. Aria has been a great help. She is very creative and teaching me patiently.She answers all my silly questions and also always on time for the class. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to hire Personal Instructor for the swim lessons.
Erin was a wonderful swim instructor! As an adult, I was nervous about learning how to swim, but Erin was supportive and attentive during our swim lessons. By the last lesson, I was jumping into the deep end of the pool. Erin taught me the fundamentals of swimming and I'm forever grateful. I have always been athletic and in shape until I had my kids within 13 months of each other. All mothers out there can relate to the enormous changes our bodies go through. I was not seeing results by running so I decided to give Vlad a try. Vlad helped me with a great macro program (fats/carbs/protein) in addition to a weekly workout. One month later Ive lost four inches around my waist and four inches everywhere else. My gains have just about doubled in every weighted exercise Ive been taught; my legs and butt are starting to look sculpted, and my upper body/back is really defined. Most importantly, my pelvic floor has been strengthened by 100%! Im amazed! Vlad has given me an excellent fitness program, strong nutritional guidance, and sincere encouragement. The workouts are different every time and he always shows me additional exercises to do on my own. Vlad is no doubt very passionate about his job and genuinely cares to give me the results I am looking for. Vlad explains why I am performing the exercise and shows me exactly which muscles are targeted. He immediately corrects my form and has given me additional corrective training stretches and exercises to implement as well. Vlad seems to be conscientious about my abilities/lack of abilities, and will adjust the workouts accordingly. Vlad is very professional and has a great knowledge of fitness, nutrition and trigger point therapy, which is amazing! I would highly recommend Vlad no matter what your circumstances are.

I have been a competitive swimmer since the age of 4, and I have been coaching for more than 10 years. I have taught everything, from children how to swim to training adults for triathlons.
I have been training with Chris for about a year and a half and I genuinely appreciate his approach and attitude about fitness. Key highlights: 1) He is a success story himself. Just ask for a photo from 10 years ago and you will be amazed. That means he knows better than anyone how challenging it can be to reach your goals. 2) He's thoughtful about individualizing a plan that works for you, and is geared towards getting the results you want. 3) Chris will help you in your overall fitness routine, even outside of personal training. This means creating cardio routines, meal plans, and making sure to keep you on track. 4) He tries to be as accommodating as possible to schedules, meaning he trains in the wee hours of the morning into the evening! Hope this is helpful, give training with Chris a shot. I am so glad that I did!

Ronen, is the most kindest and caring young man I have ever met. He came for private lessons for my great granddaughter Addi which is 7. He was so patient with her and she learned more in two weeks, then she learned in a whole summer with other lessons. He made he want to do great, he praised her every time she did well and encouraged when she did not. If you ever need someone to teach your child swimming lessons , Ronen is the very best and you will not be disappointed.
I have been going to Marti for massage for approx. 10 years. While I was working in an office, her wonderful massages prevented my getting headaches especially, and helped with shoulder and back strain from sitting at work so much. She is a very caring and professional therapist.

She is an amazing personal trainer. I was afraid to work with someone because I didn't know what to expect. I had just had a baby about 6 months ago and wanted to get back in shape for the summer. I had tried it on my own and just couldn't manage to lose the weight. Deb was able to kick my butt back into shape in no time! I am no longer afraid to sit at my community pool in a bikini! It surely takes the stress off me! She gets right to the point but she does it in a fun manner and the workouts are never boring! Challenging and fun, doesn't even feel like working out! Who could have known? I would recommend her for sure!!
D. Brown is a genius at living a healthy lifestyle! He's very knowledgeable and his years of experience and devotion to health and fitness is apparent. He completely understood my goals and developed a plan for me to reach those goals in 90 days. He is very enthusiastic and creative! No one workout was the same and he really challenged me through every exercise. I was able to increase my muscle definition in all areas and drop 9% body fat within my 90 day training program. He also coached me into healthy eating that fits a healthy lifestyle. Nothing like the fad diets that are posted all on TV or the internet. It's a diet that I can maintain for the rest of my life. Of course making drastic changes in life isn't easy but he was able to change my horrible way of eating in different phases until I was fully able to maintain the healthy diet without too many setbacks. I've been working with Joe at NutriSport since mid July '14, and I've had an awesome time. His extensive knowledge of the arts has pushed me far beyond what I thought I was capable of. Adventure Boot Camp has changed how I work out and challenges me every day. I am constantly amazed by what I'm able to do. And don't let the words "boot camp" scare you off...this is designed to help you reach your goals without making you do anything you're not ready to do. It's great for all ages and fitness levels. I can't recommend this class enough!
