I hired Boris to provide my husband professional cooking classes as a Father's Day gift. Went very well, the food was amazing, and my husband couldn't be happier. Also we plan to hire him for future events. Strongly recommend him.
Everything was great. 65th birthday for my husband. I asked her to park food truck in driveway and serve out of the truck. It was perfect. Her wonderful son was there to help her and they did an awesome job. Everyone loved the food and the experience. Thanks so much and we will use them again. I think my neighbors will too!!
Chef Lauren has been providing meals for my husband and me the last two years. It has been so nice not having to worry about doing all the menu planning, grocery shopping and cooking with our busy lifestyles. She is always accommodating when we have certain menu requests and we have enjoyed such a wide variety of fresh and flavorful dinners.
Keith was amazing!!! My girlfriends and I were hosting a bachelorette party and Keith (and Doug) were WONDERFUL! They made a beautiful meal for 13 ladies, including an all Vegan meal for the bride! Not only was the food great, but Keith was very lively and was a great sport for all of our bachelorette jokes! We will definitely be looking him up again when we are back in the area!
I hired Michelle to provide basic cooking classes for myself and my boyfriend. She made the experience very fun and taught us so many new, healthy cooking alternatives. We will be having her back to teach us how to BBQ!

For Father's Day, my sister and I got my Dad a private cooking lesson for all of us! Cooking with Chef Pilippe was so relaxing and informative! He was able to answer anything we asked and show us any techniques we wanted to know. We emailed beforehand to agree on a menu for dinner and it was DELICIOUS! I live in Chicago and have very discerning tastes, and let me tell you, this meal was GREAT! Thank you Chef Philippe for the great dinner, teaching and conversation too! I would recommend a cooking night with chef Philippe to anyone. This would even be appropriate for a romantic evening. Enjoy!
Six of us had a wonderful meal and evening with Dos Mamas. The in home cooking class was well organized with gourmet food made easy, and yummy. Nice part, I didn't even have to clean up! We want to do it again.
My husband and I felt we needed to diversify our culinary knowledge so we called on Chef Yves. The classes were great (we took 3 classes). Lessons were very informative, creative, and hands on, all in a friendly ambiance. Chef Yves showed us different ways to cook more efficiently. We also learned nice plate setting decoration ideas. Chef Yves' experience from many countries in Europe is definitely a plus and a huge benefit in the overall experience. We asked many questions about regional culinary traditions. I recommend Chef Yves' lessons to all my friends. We will call on Chef Yves's help for our next special family dinner. Definitely 5 Stars. T & D.

Two years later, theyve founded Community Tap and Table, a hands on cooking class that hosts Classes for Beer Bellies with a Cooking Problem. Classes are held almost weekly and educate attendees on cooking with local, seasonal ingredients, and pairing their meal with craft American brews. Attendees learn knife skills, flavor profiles, cooking methods, and beer pairing. Proceeds from the classes benefit local non profits. Tap and Table is where the bar and the kitchen meet. Our vision is to elevate beer and food pairing from pub grub to a mainstream gourmet trend. We serve Sacramento, Stockton, and Lodi with gourmet, hands on cooking classes; supper clubs, beer dinners, and beer pairing expertise. Our fans describe us as their own private gastro pub. D & I Special Care Services offers fun and healthy cooking classes for adults every Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Tuesdays, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Recipes which will be presented in class are eggplant tofu stir fries, lemon chicken with asparagus and D & I's specialty, fun burgers.
