We had concrete work done. But also required demolition and dumping, labor prior to pouring. Overall, the end result was exactly what we pictured. It was done in a very timely manner and very efficiently done. Very meticulous with quality of work.

Kevin Ghazarian worked with me on a variety of prominent projects at my home. In all aspects from budgeting, design, planning and organization of the construction schedule, he was a tremendous asset. On each home improvement he displayed exceptional qualities of creative-problem solving, fortitude as a leader and task-master and attention to detail in design and craftsmanship. I am very pleased on how well the projects turned out, which is due largely to his professional contributions. Highlights of projects are described as follows: 1. Interior painting of several rooms and kitchen. The design motif was a traditional Tuscani color scheme. The original and uniquely beautiful architectural elements such as the curved kitchen cabinets, wordolf walls, crown mouldings, bay windows and fire place mantel pieces were individually painted separate colors. This was challenging in its multi color design and tedious attention to painting the details. In two rooms alone there were 15 different colors used, all of which had to be the perfect color and hue. 2. Installation of wood floors. A beautiful distressed antique wood flooring was installed in the kitchen, pantry, bathroom and large family room. This involved subfloor demolition, removal and replacement, and the detailed installation of wood flooring and moulding. The hard, back breaking work required a number of workers managed by Kevin. As a result, the work flow was systematically optimized and “driven” until the project’s completion. Kevin was a relentless task master and has many skills as a talented worker. 3. Electrical rewiring of bathroom and hallway. The old wiring was faulty and insufficient and new wiring was pulled and replaced. All ceiling light fixtures, electrical outlets and switches were chosen and installed. A 3 way switch system was a necessity and was devised quickly and installed correctly to code by Kevin. This all required the knowledge and skill of a trained electrician. 4. Construction of exterior deck. This project involved much post production planning and design. “Trek” decking materials, sub deck foundations, metal piers, treated lumber of all sizes, and all the special screws and bolts needed to be estimated and purchased for this large construction project. Unlike a simple rectangular shape, this deck was complex in design with multiple angles, levels and steps. Cutting perfect angles and lengths of Trek decking were a necessity in order for this deck to turn out as provocative and beautiful as it did.

After obtaining 3 competitive quotes, I hired Gabriel Herrera to demolish a failing 17 year old perimeter wood fence around my rental house in Hemet, CA and replace it with new vinyl fencing. The cost difference between new wood and vinyl fencing was negligible given the on-going maintenance requirements for wood versus the durability and ongoing good looks of Vinyl fencing year after year with little to no maintenance required. After signing a contract, Mr. Herrera (and his crew) immediately proceeded with the scope of work which included demolition, hauling away, and installation of 174 L.F. of Vinyl fencing (including installation of 2 man-gates). The project was finished on time in 2.5 days. Quality of the work was excellent and my adjoining neighbors were pleased to the point of desiring his ‘contact information’ for their future use. You can feel comfortable that Gabriel Herrera will do what he says he will do.

I worked with Joe Sierra and his lovely wife Monica. They basically replaced my kitchen and bathroom after a complete demolition from water damage. Once the work began, it went relatively fast. They provided cabinets, counter tops, and flooring. There were a few hiccups along the way, but El Sol didn't close my file until I was satisfied. El Sol would be my first contact should I need work done in the future.

I bought a house that had a pool that was totally disgusting, I weighed the cost of a new pool and removing the old pool and filling it in. I decided to have the old pool and filled in, therefore i called a demolition company in the area and had them come out and give an estimate. I liked the price for the scope of work they would be performing. This company did a super job on the removal and the dirt fill in. I was very satisfied with the service I received. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I’m trying to work part time, so I do not need to be on SSDI (run over by supervisor working on gold line in 2001) or be an expert in trades. I can only work four to six hours per day due to severe on-the-job injury. I can run any equipment (no skid steer), from tower crane to pit shovel, excavator, shear, processor, hammer, thumb blade (24" down) haul truck (997), articulated push-pull (657 – 613) finish, dozers (12- 4) with slope boards (punch lots), water truck (10,000 gallon), and down sweeper. My MSHA instructor’s card is not valid. References are available (Dunn & Bradstreet) from my corporations if necessary. All certifications are out of date due on-the-job injury. Wages are 80% cost of the machine per hour. Bonding and insurance commensurate with the job cost. Thank you, and God bless! Mick
