It was a last minute moving request. We have booked an appointment with other moving company, but they didnt show up in the last minute. These guys really helped us. They quoted the lowest for moving between LA and Irvine out of 10 other moving companies that i talked to. The loading just took around 1 and half hours for one bed and unloadingn was faster than that. This is my second moving in last two years and all the previous movers were hourly based and took 2-3 hours just for loading alone. Over all it was a happy experience. I would like to recommend these guys to anyone!

I used movers more than 10 times, and they never give you a price or an estimate on the move, Cloud 9 they came thru for me and my family like no one else. they gave me a price and stuck with it even it took them longer than the estimate. Frank and his team did great, timely work at a fantastic price. I was at work when they arrived to meet my father at the old house. Within a couple hours I received a surprising message from Frank saying that the job was done. As soon as I got home I played a rack, and the table was balanced perfectly. I had such a hard time finishing reliable movers. But once I came across this company all my worries went away. I received the best customer service possible. I was quoted an amazing price and they always touched bases with me day before. The day of the move they arrived on time and ready to get the job done. Good communication throughout the whole process, on-time day of, and overall great to work with! Our movers, Igor and Shawn, were conscientious and hardworking. Interacting with them via Thumbtack was very useful as they had detailed info re what went into their rates and it was a convenient way to do Q&A before speaking further by phone.
