We needed floor tile replaced after a plumber had to take up the tile to take toilet off and dig a hole to get the pipes they needed to get too. We decided on doing the bathroom where it had to be done, and the other part of the master bathroom where the sink, and cabinet are. We like the tile we picked and his work.
