FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge between $48 to $55 per session; it depends on the distance I travel to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I focus on is listening to my client to understand what they need, what their goals are, and answer questions. Assessments come next; I have them perform physical movements, asking my client if they have any pain or past injuries, determining what the best exercises, intensities, and modes of movement will benefit them most for their specific individual needs. Nutrition, Lifestyle habits and what they think of aging and of themselves - Oh yes, this is what determines if it works! This will be an ongoing discussion. And finally, I help my clients uncover the obstacles WE will face, and help them develop strategies to reach their goals regardless. After a few sessions, I will have designed a specific plan for their own needs and goals for the next six months.
