Pricing is customized based on the specific details of each event, such as location, duration, services required, and number of guests. I’m happy to provide a personalized quote after discussing your event needs. Discounts may be available for multi-day events or repeat clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with an initial consultation to understand the client’s needs, preferences, and budget. From there, I create a customized plan or proposal. Once everything is agreed upon, I stay in close communication leading up to the event to ensure every detail is perfect. On the day of the event, I focus on delivering top-quality service and warm hospitality to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working extensively with Hilton DoubleTree. During that time, I received professional training in customer service, event coordination, and high-level hospitality standards. This background allows me to deliver exceptional service and attention to detail in every event I handle.
