FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair. We are not the cheapest nor are we the most expensive. Our electrician, plumbers, and cabinet installers are licensed. Highly skilled with over 10 years of experience each. We don't use handymen, therefor we don't charge handymen prices. We are licensed, bonded, and insured.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial consultation is to have an understanding of what the customer expects out of their new kitchen or bathroom remodel, along with having a discussion regarding budgeting for the project. If both the expectations and the budget is met, CRS will send a measure technician to the job site to draw and send the parameters to the designer so they can begin to designing the space accordingly. Once all of the material has arrived in good condition and is inspected, CRS will provide the customer with a schedule from demolition to the rough electrical and plumbing inspection date. After inspection the remainder of the schedule will be given to the customer. The customer will be fully aware of which trade will be arriving at which day and time.
