Introduction
Aside from regular fitness training, I also provide private Parkour training as well.
Parkour is a discipline of movement in which one overcomes any and all obstacles in ones path to get from point A to point B. This means that if I see a child about to get hit by a car and I can prevent it; I will move straight to the child despite anything in my way. It is about efficiency in movement. It is about being able to climb the wall in the way of you and the child in seconds. It is about being able to jump over that huge gap, bush, or railing in one fluid, efficient movement. It is not about being flashy, showing off, jumping off huge buildings, or throwing tricks.
I love what I do. I train physical fitness on a daily basis. Parkour is the training that I do myself, but to maintain peak levels, I must train my body in more fundamental movements that build entire body strength. These fundamental movements are the techniques, along with many others, that I will show you how to do and do right along side of you.
They range from very simple to very difficult and the variety is is just as great.
