I contacted Lilan @ Dream Destination just days before my trip to France. I needed help immediately with accommodations, transfers, flights and more. I had a very tricky situation needing a get from a wedding in the French Riviera to Paris to catch my flight home. I spent countless hours researching and was unsuccessful. Lilan had contacts in France that were able to get us on a train that arrived just in time to CDG airport and made our flight. Lilan’s expertise and contacts were absolutely priceless- I wasted hours trying to plan my trip on my own. Lilan swept in and arranged for all of my families needs and then some in a very timely manner. Lilan was available at anytime that I needed and checked in on us while our trip was in progress. I cannot say enough about the incredible customer service that Lilan provided.
Lilan went one million percent above and beyond in meeting ALL of our needs. I was given price options in every category and never felt pressured.
