It was excellent! I opened a work order for a non-running compressor. The tech Sami, arrived 15 minutes after me making the call. He got right to work, diagnosed the problem, and explained my options .
Within 30 minutes he completed the work, cleaned the unit and the job was complete. Excellent service, would recommend and use him again.

Sami showed up on time and thoroughly diagnosed the issue with my gas wall heater and was able to do the full repair on site. I got back up and running and he showed me each item that needed fixed along the way. Communication was professional and he took care to clean the dusty areas in the furnace.
