I wish home sellers realized how much faster their homes would sell if they had them staged before they were put on the market. One of my staged listings sold recently while a home on the same street, buy the same builder, with one more bedroom and one more garage space, still sits on the market. The larger home was and still is also cheaper in price than the one we staged.
