- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are typically not the cheapest price. Unfortunately there are many ways a contractor can take shortcuts to save money and offer a lower price. We are called out often two jobs that the customer did not see results and the quality of the job is reflected in the price they paid. So the customer ends up paying us to get it done right costing them more in the end. We won’t take shortcuts to offer a lower price. The long term happiness of our customers is the foundation on which our business is built.
