- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
45 Minute Personal Training Sessions - During each 45 minute personal training session I will take your body through a warm up routine to help increase your range of motion, stability and core strength to prepare you for your workout. Your 30 minute workout will be progressively designed to your level of fitness and goal. Each workout will be followed by 5 to 10 minutes of a cool down, focusing on increasing your flexibility and recovery from your workouts. PRICING: 45 Minute Sessions 1 session $55/session ($55 Total) 4 sessions $50/session ($200 Total) 8 sessions $45/session ($360 Total) 12 sessions $40/session ($480 Total) Sessions are used at your disposal and can be used whenever you like. For example, 12 session, 3 times a week is just a recommendation. You can still purchase 12 sessions and use them twice a week. 60 Minute MAT Training Session - If you are looking to feel & look your best, this is for you. MAT stands for Muscle Activation Techniques. This is by far the most beneficial way to train and help relieve any chronic and/injury related pain, while optimizing your performance. MAT is a biomechanical approach to identifying and treating nueromuscular dysfunction. Any limitations in range of motion significantly reduce performance, create stiffness and can lead to chronic pain. PRICING: 60 Minute MAT Session 1 session $70/session 4 sessions $65/session ($260 Total) 8 Sessions $60/session ($480 Total) 12 Sessions $55/session ($660 Total) 30 Minute Workout Consulting Session - Designed for those who are training on their own at home or a gym and looking for some guidance. I will provide you with a 2-3 exercise routines you will use throughout your week designed to help you reach your desired look and feel (which is hopefully awesome and amazing!). PRICING: 30 Minute Workout/Diet Consultation $30 per session Online Coaching - Any fitness goal you have will only be sustained through lifestyle changes. The most common questions I get are: how to exercise, what to eat and how to stay on track. I provide an online coaching program that answers these questions specifically designed to work with your life. My online coaching problem provides: - Initial Assesment - Digging deeper into your goals and create a plan to get you there - Discuss your health and physical capabilities - Learn about your lifestyle, so we can create a plan that works for you personally - Personalized Workout Program designed to match your goals and priorities - Progressive changes to help keep your body from getting stuck in a plateau - Optimal programming: order of exercises, number of sets and reps, tempo and rest period - Personalized Nutrition Program - Personalized caloric intake and macro nutrients for your body and goals - Meal frequency that fits your lifestyle - Meal plan templates that fits your program - Accountability & Motivation - Weekly check-ins to keep you accountable and motivated as well as tweaking your program as needed - Log sheets for your training program and diet - 24/7 access to me through my personal email PRICING: Online Coaching $149 per month I look forward to hearing from you soon!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial assessment to create our plan. Learning what your goals are, why you want to achieve them and what has stopped you from achieving them in the past. From there a plan/road-map is created to show you how we are going to get you to your goal. This includes the type of workouts we will be doing as well as the food you eat. From there we work out together throughout the week while I continue to guide you through the nutrition portion of you plan.

Always! It is extremely important to always continue to educate yourself, especially in this field.
