Introduction: I focus on helping each person reach their goals in an efficient and sustainable way. I push and encourage all my clients to step out of their comfort zones to achieve results they have always struggled to achieve. I am serious about my results, but enjoy having fun getting there. I am the only person locally trained in Muscle Acitvation Techinques. This approach allows your body to perform at its most efficient ability on your way to your health and fitness goals. My work stands out from others because I truly care and am passionate about my work and the results my clients get. There are a ton of personal trainers out there, but I am extremely personable and am willing to figure out a way to get you to where you want to be physically, no matter what your situation may be. I have multiple programs that allow you to train with me in person or let me coach you online and provide you with the tools you need to be successful. Ultimately, I do this because it makes me happy to be able to help others! It is simple, I love people and working with people. I enjoy being able people push themselves physically and mentally in a way they may not have thought possible and see the changes it creates in that person and the confidence and happiness that comes along with it.

Michael Lingenfelter helped me and my girlfriend with fitness and nutrition plans. He has done a fantastic job at consistently evaluating our progress and modifying our individual programs accordingly. I have worked with other trainers in the past and none have been as attentive and accommodating as Michael. Both my girlfriend and I have noticed significant results since beginning his program and we will continue to work with him as long as possible. I highly recommend him as a trainer and nutritionist to anyone looking to improve their overall wellness and achieve their fitness goals.

I have really enjoyed working with Michael of Uncomfortably Fit! My goal was to just feel better and have more energy. Within just a week or two, that goal was achieved! I really like how Michael makes sure you are doing workouts and exercises customized for your body and level of strength, and that you are doing them correctly. He is really great at explaining the benefits of each exercise he has you doing. Overall, he is just very knowledgeable about what you can do to build strength and get the most out of working out.

I was looking for a trainer after a ruptured rotator cuff and a course of treatment for that. Michael worked on my shoulder wit his muscle reactivation training. The first few weeks were amazing I went from constant pain to occasional pain when I jerked my shoulder around. Now we're starting on getting back in shape. I highly recommend him.
