First time trying out a personal trainer. Absolutely 100% happy about my decision to hire Jakobie. She worked easily with my schedule, knows exactly what she's doing and you can just work out without thinking about what you need to do/go next, very responsive, and has even checked in on me via text when she wasn't required or paid to do so. I'm super excited for the future and I'm super sore currently. You know it was a good workout when you have to grab your seat before sitting and then realize your arms are so sore that they can't support your weight enough to help you sit either. Ha but I love it!
