It was crunch time with several projects in short time. We chose James as he has great editorial sense from his over 30 years in video. An impressive editor and graphic designer, he completed the jobs in good time with quality. He responded to all my questions and was so helpful in these diverse jobs. I was saved time for one job ... needed Spanish translation and graphics! He created cool animations for medical pieces. You will not be disappointed to hire him. We truly feel very lucky to have worked with him and will be using him again!

We were very happy and impressed with James. His initial response and availability were almost immediate. He was an EXCELLENT communicator even outside of normal business hours which we appreciated because our team works random hours throughout the day. Our first project took longer than we anticipated -- BUT ... this was not James' fault, it was completely related to the poor quality of the raw footage we provided. He was able to identify ways to improve our footage as he was working. Each time he ran into an area of improvement or a stopping point, we were notified immediately which was greatly appreciated. There was never a time of unnecessary or unexplained delay...always quick to respond to our communication throughout the project. Overall a pleasant working experience with our first and subsequent projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing, preferably a flat-rate job.. Always flexible depending on how involved the job is. Of course with larger projects and repeat customers a lower rate will be applied. No extra fees as I can provide stock music and images from my libraries.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First-getting to know what the customer wants. A meeting is arranged by phone, Skype or other means to hammer out details. Getting to know what the customer's wants are: company branding, colors, imagery, etc. Obtaining materials and developing ideas.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands-on. With over 20 years in broadcast television as a producer, director, video editor, graphic designer in both video and print.
