Mr. Dulaney did an excellent job of assisting me with my overloaded hard drive. (My PC couldn't run anymore because of low disk space.) He took the time to explain to me in detail what he did to free up enough space for the PC to run again, and gave me several options in terms of short to long term solutions to respond to my increasing need for storage space. Recommended.

Broderick replaced my XP operating system with Windows 7 per my request, removed malware and viruses that were invading my computer, and installed antivirus and malware downloads that will continue to give me the protection I need.
He responded immediately with an estimate, he researched my computer's requirements, contacted the manufacturers of my business software, went over and above in the work he did for me, and was knowledgeable, gracious, honest, and affordable. Very happy to have met Broderick on Thumbtack!
