FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the most part, I have a "Base" price I start with for bouquets, centerpieces, etc. The price then goes up (or down) depending on the size of arrangement, types of flowers, complexity, etc. I have to make a living like everyone else but I don't believe in gouging the client simply because it is a wedding. I am a professional with 25 years of experience. I believe in charging a fair price for my talent and expertise.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is: Quote a price based on customer provided information; set-up in-person or phone consultation to narrow down choices/options/desires; 50% retainer required to secure event date; balance due 2 weeks prior to event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay current by participating in classes, bridal shows, scouring social media, blogs, Pinterest etc.
