Matt Schlerf says, "I called Marvelous Plumbing as they were recommended by two of my neighbors.Starting with the initial call, I was impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail.Day of appointment the professionalism continued with Robert, who showed up on time and ready to go.Robert time explaining how he would diagnose my plumbing issue. He communicated everything he was doing.He showed me on their camera that my sewer line was 90% blocked. He took about ten minutes to present me with several options and the associated costs. He took time to answer my questions and completely explain everything.The work took all day and Robert continued to update and explain each step. Each worker that assisted him was just as professional.At the end of the day with the work complete, the owner stopped by to check in with me to see if I was 100% satisfied. He also thanked us for choosing his company.I highly recommend Marvelous Plumbing. They exceeded expectations. Its obvious the owner has set high standards for his business and his employees. Joseph P. says, "our main sewer line from the house to the city connection had failed and needed to be replaced. I dreaded this day because I knew this would be a big job . I am so happy that I found John 3:16 plumbing. Sal came out and took some measurements. He walked me thru the job and answered all my questions. I immediately felt at ease with Sal . Within 2 days he gave me the estimate. He texted me 30 minutes before his arrival time and was right on time. He worked all day and returned the following day with additional workers to continue digging the trench . On the final day he arrived with 2 plumbers and together they worked to complete the job . I did 42 years in the field at att I know when a craftsman takes pride in his work. Today that is rare … usually contactors are in a hurry to get to the next job . Not Sal and his crew , they made sure the drop and the angles were spot on . ( always double checking with a level. ) He also would place yellow safety tape around the perimeter of the open trench at the end of each day . I don’t write many reviews but I felt it necessary to give credit where credit is due . I highly recommend John 3:16 plumbing. And thanks again for everything Sal ."See more
