We were made aware of Fernandez Inspections -Andy through our Homeowners insurance Rep. This year, we needed a full home inspection to be able to renew our Homeowners insurance. They sent us a list of requirements. It was great to know Andy was aware of what was needed and provide all requirements from our list. The report was complete quicker than expected. We provided the report and we were renewed for another year. Appreciate the fast response, flexible appt dates and fast turn around of the report. Great service!
