Well, the Mainline Hunter technicians did fix the 2nd floor shower waste water leakage, and cut into the kitchen ceiling to address the issue. I think they spent around 5 hours on site here, and the job was done well. I got a better value from the Mainline Hunter price bid (compared to another outfit). They explained and showed in a video that I do have a deeper plumbing issue of clogging and gunk downstream from the work site; that will require another project for another day. This is to be expected from the 101 year old house I live in. For now, the leakage problem is solved - no more dripping water from the kitchen ceiling.

Called Mainline Hunter and they came out the next day to replace 2 hose bibs that were leaking. They cut the old ones off and installed female fittings so I could easily change it myself next time. I will use them for other plumbing needs as well.
