They completely deserve their 5 stars. Axel was amazing. I have rarely encountered the level of prodessionalism and attention to detail that I received from Axel. He took his time to carefully show me exactly what was wrong on the camera and then explained my options. He clearly set expectations, oversaw the work himself, and kept in constant communiation throughout by text. The crews that performed the work were equally professional. They arrived on time, kept the work site tidy, and clearly took pride in their work. The reason I had selected Drain & Water was their expertise in drain repair and the range of solutions they could offer. They have the equipment to tackle issues that most cannot. All too often a drain is blindly snaked with no idea about the underlying problem. I was impressed with Drain & Water's constant use of cameras to see exactly what the problems were. They discovered a broken piece of pipe, likely from a bathroom remodel 20 years ago that had been causing a slow shower drain for decades. Snakes were ineffective but Alex got creative and suggested we use their descaling tool which finally solved the problem. This is probably the most professional and capable service company I have ever worked with."See more

Carlos R. says, "I would like to start this review by saying that the application only asked me for three things that I liked about working with 5-Point Plumbing Corp. I chose three because that was the maximum number of choices. Bit I want to give the ‘en the five choices. 1) Work Quality 2) Professionalism 3) Responsiveness 4) Value and 5) Punctuality. In my humble opinion, they deserve and A+ on each one of those categories. Why? I’ve hired 5-Point Plumbing a couple of times. They were the only ones that answered the phone immediately when I wane looking for a plumbing service in my area. The others didn’t answer at all or I was forwarded to automated machines in other cities. The first time I called, I spoke with Mariah, and she was so nice courteous. She said her crew was coming from Palo Alto, but they would show up, even when it was after 5:00pm. They did. They came, assessed the situation and came back the next day at 8:00am to replace my front and backyard water faucets. They didn’t an excellent job. The second time I hired them, they showed up in time, just like the first time, Omar and Jose who I already knew from the first visit, replaced a bathroom sink faucet and a kitchen faucet . My kitchen faucet was leaking, so I called the company and they scheduled another visit, they came a couple of times to check the problem and came to the conclusion of her the faucet I had bought was defective. I ran to the place where I had bought my kitchen faucet, bought a new one and called 5-Point one more time. They were always nice to me and said that it was all under warranty, so, Omar came one last time, replaced it and voila. Our Kitchen faucet works perfectly. I would like to highly recommend 5-Point Coro. For any plumbing needs you have. My wife and I are planning to continue to work with them since we’re extremely happy with whet they’ve done for us. Be honest with consumer. Paid a $89 service feel for tech to come out but before he would clean the drain I would have to pay $350 more! I was never told that over the phone. I presumed I would pay more but that was way out of line. I didn’t pay and called another plumber on my own who came out and cleaned the drain and fixed toilet for $220. Drop this scammer from thumbtack. I have had good luck before but now I don’t trust the referrals.
